Before we began it is necessary for buyer to provide a Proof of Funds Letter and a Copy of Earnest Money Check. This is to qualify you as a buyers and not a tire kicker. Once we send you a property that fits your needs than we will also send over the necessary documentation needed to keep things legal and running smoothly. All payments will be dealt with through a title company or closing attorney. All due diligence is your responsibility prior to purchase, which we work only directly with Private Sellers, Banks, Hedge Funds, Management Companies, and Realtors. Or we have already purchased the property, but to protect our name and business we would advise you to do your own research. For experienced investors this is not a new process, but we just wanted to be transparent to you, our clients with a quick snapshot of the process. Thanks!
